Great studio with such lovely welcoming teachers. A really lovely feel to the classes and always being watched closely to make sure we are doing it correctly. Also love the new wall art addition, unique and quirky! Love it!

Three Pilates sessions with different instructors done this week at Freedom Studios.

All sessions included lots of teaching points to improve body awareness and overall performance, whilst adapting moves for people with injuries or health issues.

Pilates at Freedom is part of my fitness routine now and I wouldn’t miss it! I can’t imagine life without Freedom Studios x

I attended a body conditioning class tonight and It was great. I used to dance but I have not done this type of class for well over a decade. Tori made me feel so comfortable and welcome and it feels great to be moving and stretching again. I can’t wait for next week when I can start Tap too! Thank you Tori

having not put on a pair of tap shoes in over 30 years, it was a great feeling and remembering certain moves and also having fun too!! Tori is great at teaching the steps and breaks it down well...I tried the commercial class straight after, full of energy and fun too but great to have in the town for adults

I attended body conditioning class and I absolutely loved it! Tori focuses on engaging all your muscles throughout class with no cardio which is a bonus! I can’t wait for the next class!

I attended the body conditioning class on Monday evening. As a beginner I attend the class and was given all the help and support needed from Tori. I really enjoyed the class and will be attending again next week!

Started Beginners tap last year and fell in love with it..

Now this year i also take Tori pilates class and i love it.

Love Tori’s Pilates classes! Highly recommend them for beginners and those with a bit more experience. Always feel like I’ve strengthened my muscles by the end of it.

I first of all started going to Tori’s tap class July 2021 and joined pilates in January.

Tap- I go to the experienced tap: it’s a good level of challenge, bringing back what I had learnt previously and stretching me more. Tori always ensures there’s a range of exercises and finishes the class with learning a dance (which I particularly love!) The class is such a friendly environment and we all get on so well.

Pilates- I had never taken part in pilates so I didn’t really know what to expect when I first went. Tori is so welcoming and makes sure every new member knows what to do. She goes around the class to check individually that you are in the correct position and ensures she’s pushing you if she feels you can do it. I thoroughly enjoy pilates and look forward to the class each week.

Tori helped me to arrange a dance class for a London hen party. She was so helpful from start to finish, helping to secure a venue close to our other activities at the right time, and with an amazing teacher in Lowri!

While most of us on the hen weren’t confident dancers, everyone absolutely loved it!

Before I started Pilates, I was on the verge of burnout. My body felt drained, and mentally I was struggling to keep up with the demands of everyday life. I had to make changes and on 16-01-2024 I attended my first Pilates class with Tori. Since committing to Pilates, everything started to change.

Not only have I noticed significant improvements in my strength and flexibility, but my energy levels have improved. The gentle yet challenging exercises have helped me reconnect with my body, easing tension and alleviating the stress that had been building up.

Emotionally, Pilates has been a game-changer. The focus on mindful movement and breath-work has given me a sense of calm and clarity I didn’t even realise I was missing. It has allowed me to create space for self-care amidst a busy schedule and has made a huge difference in my overall well-being.

Pilates has truly helped me find balance again, both physically and emotionally, and I’m so grateful for the transformation it’s brought into my life. I have found the sessions provided by freedom studios as a really safe space, Tori is amazing – supportive, knowledgeable, and always encouraging

My first Yogalates didn't disappoint. Focusing on stretch and balance techniques I felt fantastic afterwards, helping me loosen up after a day at my desk. It's the perfect accompaniment to Tori's pilates classes. Thanks so much!

Best thing I’ve ever done is start going to tori’s classes! I feel stronger, fitter and healthier, but most importantly they have really helped my mental health everyone is amazing, so kind and welcoming, if anyone is in doubt about joining, absolutely do it

I thoroughly enjoy my 'Gentle Pilates' class, Tori is very welcoming, as are the other ladies. I feel stronger and more toned. It feels spacious and all equipment supplied.

Since I’ve been going to Freedom my mindset has changed. Exercising isn’t boring and it’s essential when ageing. Keeps your body supple and helps with your maturing aches and pains

All of the staff and customers have a smile on their faces (yes even when Tori is saying 4 more reps !

I've found Tori's classes are welcoming and calm, she keeps every week fresh using different equipment during Pilates, and always provides advice if you need to adapt an exercise. Cannot recommend Freedom Studios enough, love it!!
